What is Frozen Shoulder?

Frozen shoulder is a condition characterised by stiffness, pain and limited range of motion in the shoulder joint. It typically develops over time and can be severely debilitating.

Risk factors

Symptoms

Symptoms of frozen shoulder include:

Treatment options

Frozen shoulder can take a long time to recover and guided rehabilitation by a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist has been shown to assist in improving pain and function within the arm.
