FOR FAMILIES
If you're caring for an ageing parent, you'll know the feeling.
The worry doesn't go away - it just quietly sits with you. We hear it from families every week. Here's how we help.
"I'm scared they're going to fall."
Falls are the leading cause of injury-related hospitalisation for older Australians. Our dedicated falls prevention program utilises our harness-assisted training and targeted strength work to build the stability and confidence your parent needs - safely and progressively.
"I don't want them losing their independence."
Independence isn't lost all at once — it slips gradually, through small things. Getting up from a chair. Walking to the letterbox. Our programs are built around the daily movements that matter most, so the people you love keep doing the things they love.
"Mum hates gyms and busy clinics."
So do we. Movement in Mind was built specifically for people who've felt out of place or overwhelmed in traditional health settings. Low patient numbers, garden views, no mirrors, no crowds — just calm, consistent, expert care at the right pace.
THE CLINIC
A different kind of space -
because recovery deserves one.
We designed our clinic from the ground up for people who need more than a standard gym — and for families who want a setting they can feel good about.
Garden views throughout
Lush greenery, natural light, and a calming outdoor garden — a world away from clinical white walls.
Low patient traffic by design
Better for comfort, privacy, and hygiene - especially important for immunocompromised patients.
Ceiling harness system
A full overhead harness track allows safe exercise for even high fall-risk patients - with complete confidence.
Specialist equipment
Robotic-assisted bikes, medical leg press, and virtual reality systems for rehabilitation and engagement.
No mirrors, no intimidation
Mirror-free, noise-sensitive, and fully wheelchair accessible — built for real people, not athletes.
Practitioners who actually care
Motivated, vibrant staff. Real interactions, no baby talk. For many patients, the highlight of their week.
