“Ever since studying at school, I’ve been fascinated by the human body and how it functions. During my Exercise and Sport Science degree, I loved learning how to optimise human performance in athletic settings. Over time, I came to appreciate the powerful role exercise plays for those living with conditions that affect their function and quality of life — which ultimately led me to become an Exercise Physiologist. I aim to bring a positive attitude to every session, creating an environment where people feel comfortable to be themselves and, most importantly, share a laugh or two.”

Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar, staying active in the gym or outdoors, and spending plenty of time with my dog, Maggie.
