My Story
Matt is our senior physiotherapist, known for his compassionate approach and commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. With extensive experience in the management of chronic pain, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions, Matt has undertaken further training in these areas to ensure his patients receive the most effective and up-to-date treatments.

He takes an active, collaborative approach to rehabilitation — empowering people to take control of their health, build resilience, and understand their bodies through education and movement.

Matt works with a wide range of individuals, including those experiencing:

-
Complex, persistent, or chronic pain
-
Acute injuries
-
Disability or functional rehabilitation needs
-
Ongoing injuries impacting daily life

A bit about me:
My journey into physiotherapy was shaped by my own experiences with injury and pain. These challenges gave me a deep appreciation for honest, evidence-based care and the importance of working with people, not just on them. I strive to help each person understand their condition, feel confident in their progress, and regain what matters most to them.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active through running and going to the gym. I’m also a bit of a nerd at heart — I love movies, games, books, and good food. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my partner, our two rescue greyhounds, Storm and Danny, and my friends and family.
