My Story

Jen is an enthusiastic and compassionate individual who brings warmth and genuine care into every interaction. She is passionate about supporting individuals through a holistic and evidence-based approach to health, movement, and wellbeing. Jen truly believes that ‘movement is medicine’, and strives to empower her clients through education, personalised care, and tailored plans that help them take control of their health and achieve their goals, no matter how big or small.

As an Exercise Physiologist, Jen is passionate about helping people discover their ‘why’ for movement and supporting them to build confidence and independence in their health journey.

Her areas of clinical interest include:

-          Chronic pain

-          Mental health and wellbeing

-          Chronic disease management

-          Disability and functional rehabilitation

Jen is dedicated to helping people improve function, enhance quality of life, and reconnect with the activities that matter most to them.

 

 A bit about me:

“I love living an active lifestyle! You’ll often find me playing a sport, running, or hitting the gym. When I’m not moving, I enjoy being outdoors in nature, soaking up the sunshine, cooking something in the kitchen, doing a fun activity, or exploring Adelaide’s best cafes in search of the perfect sweet treat! Spending time with friends and family is also really important to me, and I always value a good laugh and great company.
